Synopsis

I became the troublesome villainess in a 19+ dark romance novel.

She was a character who seemed cursed to spout nothing but nonsense, nearly killed the heroine, and eventually ended up as food for monsters.

But I know something.

As long as the male lead and female lead are here, this world will never be destroyed!

So I worked hard to live.

I was determined to survive, fall in love, make lots of money, and live happily ever after.

But before I could do any of that, the male lead and female lead had to hurry up and save this world.

“There are monsters coming from that direction! Kael, I think there’s a place over here that could be used as a safe zone!”

So I used my knowledge of the original story to give them a few hints.

“We can definitely do this. Next year, we’ll be sitting comfortably in a coffeehouse in the capital, drinking coffee. If you can’t believe in yourself, then believe in me, and believe in your comrades.”

I cheered them on with all my heart, too.

Surely, that should be enough, right?

At least, that’s what I thought.

“Sometimes I think about it. Perhaps those days were better after all. Because I was with you.”

Those hellish days when we slept hidden beneath the corpses of monsters were better…?

“I know you feel the same way I do.”

“…Why would you think that?”

“Because your eyes are telling me so. You don’t have to hide your feelings from me anymore.”

My eyes aren’t saying anything at all.

Staring blankly at Kael’s smooth face as he smiled sweetly, I wondered to myself.
