Synopsis
Exorcising ghosts? That’s easy. But… how exactly do you make friends?
Yoo Hae-won was hurt by people because she could see ghosts. Now, at seventeen, she has become a fully fledged mansin—a powerful shaman—and has decided to return to school.
Her goal this time is to hide the fact that she’s a shaman and live an ordinary life!
But on her very first day as a transfer student, she discovers that a ghost is attached to the student sitting in front of her—the top-ranked student in the entire school.
“You’ve been cursed. If you leave it like this, something terrible will happen.”
In the end, Hae-won can’t stand by and do nothing. She breaks the curse, only to have her true identity exposed in the process.
She assumes that the boy will start thinking she’s strange, too.
“I won’t tell anyone you’re a shaman.”
And just like that, she gains a friend who promises to keep her secret. For the first time in her life, she finds herself actually looking forward to going to school.
…But why do her friends have to suggest going on a ghost-hunting expedition of all things?
“If we’re going ghost hunting, we have to bring things like these.”
Instead of textbooks, Hae-won finds herself carrying a spirit-conquering knife and a fan.
From vengeful spirits haunting the school, to an evil spirit attached to a classmate’s family, and even demons being pursued by an exorcist from the Vatican, one extraordinary incident after another keeps finding its way to Hae-won, who only wants to live an ordinary life.
She wants to drive away ghosts and keep her friends by her side.
Will she finally be able to graduate safely without anyone discovering that she’s a shaman?
