The Baby Ancestor of the Grand Wizard Duke’s family

Ilenia had always lived a quiet life in the forest with her father, a great archmage. But everything changed the day their home was attacked by mysterious intruders. In the blink of an eye, her peaceful world shattered—her father was gone, and her home reduced to ashes.
Following her father’s last instructions, Ilenia set off for the Duke of Heideirik’s territory, determined to survive.
But then…
“Wait… are you saying I’m…?”
Her family tree was completely tangled beyond repair!
“Heehee… So that means I’m… your grandma now?”
“You know, my dear grandchild, you’re not being very respectful to your granny—”
Just like that, she somehow gained a grandson who’s at least forty years older than her.
“I deeply apologize. Please forgive my ignorant words, Grandmother.”
And that grandson just so happens to be the powerful Duke who practically controls the Empire?!
Without warning, Ilenia found herself standing at the very top of one of the Empire’s most powerful families. All she wanted was to survive and avenge her father. How did this even happen?
And what if everyone finds this new “adorable little grandma” more of a nuisance than a blessing?
“My ears must be deceiving me, Edric. This little kid says she’s my great-grandmother.”
