She watched the Immortal Venerable, who stayed by her side day and night, as if wanting to hide her away forever. Yet, alarming wounds would occasionally appear on Yin Wu’s body. Staring at her in disbelief, Li Lingjiang asked, “Yin Wu, what exactly are you doing?” Yin Wu casually twirled a strand of Li Lingjiang’s hair, her eyes betraying an uncontainable obsession and possessiveness. Her voice, tinged with unconscious longing, was deliberate as she said, “Venerable Master, let’s have a child.”
