Synopsis

“Oh my! You mean I actually had a family?”

Nina, a lonely orphan girl whose lifelong dream has been to have a family, receives an unexpected inheritance one

 day while working as a maid. Upon discovering that she has a grandmother who left her a will, Nina sets off to join her newfound family, dreaming of a happy life surrounded by loved ones.

“Having a family is so exciting! I must protect my precious family with my maidly skills in marksmanship and trap disarming!”

But her grandmother was none other than the greatest double agent on the continent and a war hero.

And the dangerous information left behind by a spy is bound to attract other spies...

‘I am a spy pretending to be Nina’s older female cousin.’

‘I am a spy pretending to be her older male cousin.’

‘I am a spy pretending to be her uncle.’

‘I am a spy pretending to be her aunt.’

As the four members of her supposed family waiting for Nina chuckled to themselves, a pigeon gracefully landed on a horse that was snorting and pawing at the ground.

‘Coo. Coo-roo-rook-coo.’ (I am a spy pigeon pretending to be a carrier pigeon.)

‘Neigh. Snort-snort.’ (I am a spy horse pretending to be a handsome horse.)

But perhaps it was because Nina was the granddaughter of the greatest spy on the continent?

‘When did she learn to handle a firearm? A maid?’

‘Her knife skills are extraordinary. Those are the movements of someone who’s been trained!’

‘How did she recognize the sleeping poison?’

‘She subdued a criminal with a slingshot?’

Nina is far too suspicious—and far too lovable—for her fake family to handle.
