Synopsis
Jiso Yul was born as an identical twin, but she was adopted by another family shortly after birth and grew up separated from her biological family.
After losing her adoptive parents and older brother, she returned to her birth family, but she was always lonely.
Then one day, her twin sister was supposed to go on a blind date with Kang Tae-heon, a friend of her deceased older brother.
When her injured sister couldn’t attend, Yul was forced to go in her place, pretending to be her sister.
She thought that would be the end of it.
But she was told to remain her sister until she regained consciousness—not only for the wedding, but even throughout the newlywed life?
‘Oppa probably has no idea that the person he’ll be living with isn’t my sister, but me… I’m really sorry, Tae-heon oppa….’
And so, Yul begins her married life with her in-laws while hiding her true identity.
…But then, her in-laws like her way too much?
“You little lucky charm! You’re the blessing this old man has been waiting for!”
“Tae-heon, do you want to become a man who regrets his actions later? Treat your bride well, you fool!”
“My daughter-in-law looks beautiful no matter what she wears. Try this one on, too.”
“My sister-in-law, you’re my savior!”
“I don’t like Big Uncle. This belongs to Seungmo and Yeju!”
But her days of being loved don’t last forever.
When her sister is discharged from the hospital, Yul has to return to the hellish life she had left behind.
“The truth is, I knew everything from the beginning. So come back. As Jiso Yul, as my wife.”
What?
I didn’t actually fool him completely?
