Synopsis
The gates of Wayne Viterard’s mansion were always closed. It was a place that no one could easily enter—and from which no one could easily leave.
Yet one day, someone boldly showed up at the mansion and asked to live there.
“You can’t tend to the garden because everything you touch catches fire, right? I’ll make the flowers bloom in your place.”
That person was none other than Valley Priatin.
Wayne was initially taken aback by her audacious request, but before long, Valley’s cheerful and sunny nature won him over. Not only did he give her a room, but he even made her a member of the household.
“You barged in here on your own, and now you suddenly want to leave?”
“…You were the one who said I could leave if I wasn’t of any help, Duke.”
“There are exactly two ways for you to leave.”
Wayne approached Valley as though he might kiss her at any moment, trapping her against the wall.
“Either you kill me with your own hands, or you wait until I die.”
