Synopsis
“Use me. And then throw me away.”
Could this be an act, too?
Ban Haeri decides to sabotage the arranged marriage of BS Group in order to take revenge on her adoptive father, who stole her inheritance and abandoned her.
Just when she is convinced that she has succeeded in her revenge, Seo Taemin, the “monster” of BS Group who disappeared ten years ago amid terrifying rumors, stands in her way.
“If there’s no bride, then we’ll have to make one. Put this on.”
He makes her a dangerous proposal: become his fake wife for three months.
For the sake of revenge, Haeri willingly takes the monster’s hand. But the married-couple act, which began as a way to deceive the people watching them, crosses the line into increasingly dangerous territory every night…
“Who knows? Maybe one kiss will be enough to make her bring us the ledger of the slush fund.”
As her “older brother” pulls her into his arms as though he might swallow her whole, even her awareness that she is merely a stand-in begins to fade.
“If you don’t like it, say you don’t like it. Then I’ll stop here.”
Will I really be able to end this marriage with my older brother?
