The Needy Idol

Of course, Ryūka only acts clingy and spoiled when it’s just the two of us.
Normally, he just calls me Risa without honorifics, and his tone is always like a bossy “I’m-in-charge” type? Or maybe the dependable older-brother type? He keeps up that kind of character.

Until not long ago, he and I were both members of the same idol group, i3 (Ice-Three). Now we’re just high school students. My best friend, Aoi Mogami, also a former idol, attends the same school and is dating Fūma Kisaragi, who also used to be in the group. And apparently, Ryūka still keeps up his older-brother persona around Fūma too.

And yet—

“Risa-chan, where’s my pat-pat?”

This is what I get.

When classes ended and I stepped out of the school building, as usual, Ryūka was waiting for me.
I never asked him to.
Honestly, I’d rather he just go home by himself.

Even though we go to the same high school, Ryūka is in the performing arts course, which is taught in a completely different building far away. But every time classes end, he comes along with Fūma—who’s there to pick up Aoi, my best friend and classmate—and ends up waiting for me too. He must seriously have too much time on his hands.
For an idol, that is.

Sure, I’ll admit, I’ve felt a bit lonely ever since Aoi started going home with Fūma instead of me… but still.

One moment he’s being shamelessly clingy, and the next—

“Don’t ignore me.”

He suddenly hugs me from behind with that sexy voice of his. And then he whispers in a sweet tone, “Where’s my pat-pat?”
It’s seriously disgusting.

Synopsis

Risa, a high school girl, suddenly finds herself doted on by Ryuka, a sexy-type idol who attends the same school. While struggling with his overly erotic skinship and hopelessly sloppy private life, she continues chasing her real goal: to get a perfect handsome boyfriend.

But things don’t go smoothly—on top of two useless guys she happens to meet, she also gets caught up in trouble with Yua, who misunderstands Risa and Ryuka’s relationship and tries to tear them apart. To make matters even more complicated, a mysterious man named Riku appears.

Will Risa be able to overcome all these troubles and finally go out with her “perfect handsome guy”?
