Choose Your Husband Carefully

Synopsis 

After her mother’s death, Elloze is stripped of her inheritance by her father and left to live alone in a small cottage at a monastery.

When she receives news of her father’s death, Elloze escapes the monastery and heads for the capital, determined to claim the inheritance and title that are rightfully hers.

But there is one problem.

To inherit what belongs to her, she must get married within just a few hours.

“Oh, God, could you please send me just one man who can become my husband? If possible, I’d really appreciate it if you could send him right now.”

Could it be that God had heard her prayer?

Because at that very moment, a strange man came tumbling right in front of Elloze!

Her late mother had always warned her, “Be careful when choosing your husband.”

But Elloze had no time to be picky.

She makes an offer to a man named Raksan—the very man who had taken her money.

“How about paying me back with your body instead of money?”

Never once did Elloze dream that Raksan was actually Harkan, the Emperor’s younger brother and the King of Mercenaries.

Later, Raksan gazed down at Elloze, asleep in his bed.

How did things end up like this?
