 I’m Fine—I Didn’t Attack Him!

“…Mm.”

When I woke from a blissful dream, still wrapped in warmth, I felt as though I were still inside that dream.

In it, I was nestled against Leo’s sturdy chest, enveloped in a soothing heat.

My heart was pounding, but Leo smelled nice and made me feel incredibly calm.

A large hand gently stroked my head, pressed a kiss to my forehead, and whispered by my ear, “Sibel, I love you.” Those words filled my heart to the brim.

“I love you too… Leo.”

Ah… so I’m still dreaming.

Hehe, sleeping while snuggled up to the man I love—what a truly happy dream.

I want to stay like this forever, but in reality it’s probably about time to wake up.

“Shall we get up soon?”

Leo’s voice from the dream pulled me back toward reality.

“I don’t want to wake up yet… I want to stay like this forever…”

I murmured as I snuggled closer, but the feel of him was so real—just like the real Leo himself.

“I feel the same, but we need to get ready soon.”

I must just be hugging my pillow again, mistaking it for Leo… but this sensation is awfully realistic.

Has my imagination really become this vivid?

“Good morning, Sibel.”

“…Good morning, Leo.”

“You slept very well.”

“Yes. I was wrapped in your warmth, Leo, so I was very happy.”

“I’m glad to hear that. But we should get up and have breakfast soon.”

“…—Huh?”

His words sounded far too real, so I blinked and opened my eyes.

And there he was—Leo—right in front of me.

What I was hugging wasn’t a pillow at all. It was the real Leo.

“…?!?!?!”

My eyes flew open in shock, and my heart began pounding violently in an instant.

“Don’t look so surprised. You were the one who asked to sleep together, weren’t you?”

“I can’t believe I made such a shameless request…!”

“Haha, I was happy too. Besides, you were really adorable last night, Sibel.”

“…!!”

At his whispered words, my heart raced even faster.

Then I looked down at myself and froze.

… I’m wearing nothing but my underclothes…!!

Huh? When did I take my clothes off…?

Don’t tell me—right in front of Leo?

And on top of that, I snuggled up to him like this and clung to him…

When I looked more closely, Leo’s clothes were in quite a state too.

His collarbone looked incredibly alluring, his chest muscles—

“Ah, um… d-don’t tell me I attacked you last night, Leo…?”

“Hahaha, nothing like that. It’s fine—I managed to hold myself back.”

“Hold yourself back?”

“Of course. Being hugged all night by such a cute fiancée while she kept saying ‘Leo, I love you’—even I think it’s impressive I endured that.”

“…My.”

Leo said it with his usual refreshing smile, but as I desperately tried to recall what I’d done, my face burned with embarrassment.

So I really didn’t restrain my desires at all…

“I’m truly sorry…!!”

“No, I was very happy too. And I’ve gained some self-control as well.”

Even when I’m drunk, I really need to work on my self-control.

Or rather, I should keep my drinking to a level where I don’t get drunk at all…!!

My desires just explode otherwise.

“Everyone’s probably already awake and having breakfast.”

I was so happy that I couldn’t bear to wake up.

But since Erga didn’t come to wake me… could it be that everyone knows Leo and I slept together and was being considerate…?

As I nearly dashed out of the room wearing nothing but my underclothes, Leo averted his eyes and gently stopped me.

Right. There’s no way I can appear in front of everyone like this.

“Shall I call Erga?”

“No, I’ll be fine on my own.”

“Alright. I’ll get changed too—see you in the dining hall.”

“Yes.”

With a shy smile and a soft “See you later,” Leo left the room. I watched his back absentmindedly before realizing—oh right, I need to get dressed.

Compared to my flustered state, Leo was calm, gentle, and so very cool.

He really is more mature than I am. I need to pull myself together and act like a proper lady.

…But Leo just after waking up—his hair (and clothes) all messy, his voice slightly hoarse—was strangely, irresistibly alluring.

Sleeping beside such a wonderful Leo while sober might be more than I could handle…

Thinking that after we’re married it’ll be like that every day made my face grow hot with a mix of happiness and overwhelming stimulation.

“Anyway, I need to hurry and get ready and go to the dining hall…!”

If our departure is delayed because I overslept, that would be terrible.

If I let my guard down, I’ll immediately remember that seductive Leo from earlier, so I shook my head vigorously and hurried to get ready.

“Good morning, Sibel!”

“Good morning—sorry for oversleeping!”

When I arrived at the dining hall, everyone was already there, just as I thought.

I replied to Yoti, who greeted me first, and took my seat.

Leo had apparently finished getting ready earlier and was already seated.

I get drunk easily because I’m bad with alcohol, but maybe because it only takes a small amount, I’ve never actually had a hangover.

What does he mean by “nothing”?

In a small voice, Erga muttered, “With Sibel as his partner, His Highness must have it rough.”
