Synopsis
“Big Sis, it’s me! Coco!”
My name is Coco. I’m a puppy with beautiful, fluffy white fur.
“If there’s another life, please be born as my daughter, okay?”
After spending a happy life with my beloved sister, I crossed the rainbow bridge.
But then—
“Gasp! My sister has been crying every day since I died!”
No! I’ll protect my sister’s happiness!
So, after crossing the rainbow bridge once again, I was reincarnated as a five-year-old adopted daughter of my sister’s family.
But becoming close to my sister isn’t easy at all.
“I hate meeting people. It’s exhausting. I’m going to close the mansion’s gates completely soon.”
I hurriedly raised my tiny hand and drew the biggest circle I could.
“I’m this strong!”
So, Big Sis, can’t you be close to me again?
……I was briefly depressed because I couldn’t tell my sister that I was actually her puppy, nor could I become close to her.
But I’m a former brave puppy and a current scheming little girl!
I’ll work hard to win over my sister and her family and become their “real family.”
“If there is something you desire, tell me. Since you have saved a great spirit, I shall reward you accordingly.”
“……Third, you have to play ball with me. Fourth, you have to go swimming with me. Fifth, you have to give me lots of sweet potatoes. Sixth, you have to make sweet potato cake with me in the kitchen. And seventh, I want to try chocolate, which you always said I could never eat……”
“Just because you accomplished one thing, you intend to squeeze every possible reward out of me……?”
“Yes!”
“……You certainly are an ambitious one.”
I even caught the attention of my sister’s father by cleverly talking back to him!
After gradually becoming close to my sister and her family—
The day finally came when I would reveal my true identity.
“My Coco, you’re going to live with your big sister until you’re a hundred years old, okay? Promise.”
“It’s not like I particularly like you or anything, but once you’re over twenty, then, uh…… we should get engaged. But I’m absolutely not doing it because I like you. Don’t misunderstand.”
My sister, her family, and even my childhood friend seem to have developed an extreme case of separation anxiety.
But the truth is……
When I turn ten, I have to return to the Puppy Star.
