Synopsis
I was working as a maid for the Viscount Nezer family when I drank the tea recommended by my young mistress, Ulphina, and passed out. When I woke up, I had switched bodies with her.
As if having my body stolen weren’t bad enough, I also lost all my savings and even my severance pay!
As it turned out, Ulphina had used a sacred artifact that the Nezer family had protected for generations to switch our bodies without permission.
But that was one thing, and this was another. There was no way the family could announce to the entire neighborhood that the only daughter of Viscount Nezer had switched bodies with a maid and run away.
As I sobbed in despair, the viscountess issued a firm command.
“From now on, you are Ulphina Nezer!”
“Excuse me? Me?”
Before I could even feel moved by my overnight rise in status, I was thrown straight into the merciless world of high society.
As I struggled desperately to survive, I apparently tried a little too hard—and ended up causing quite a few incidents along the way.
But what can I do about it?
