The Story Begins with Risa

I like handsome men with perfectly sculpted faces that anyone would envy.
I can only love handsome men.
And not just any handsome men—perfect ones.

If someone isn’t perfect, even in their past, I lose interest.

If I see them trip in a clumsy way, or if they sneeze and their face contorts, or even just the slightest embarrassing moment—then it’s over.
My feelings of attraction vanish instantly, and I could never go as far as dating them.

That’s why, until recently, Ryūka—the guy who used to be in the idol group i3 (Ice Three) and now works as a sexy solo idol, all while attending the same high school as me—was the last person I’d ever consider.

In the entertainment world and at school, his image was that of a wise, reliable, and irresistibly charming “older brother” type. So when I got to know him through my childhood friend and best friend, Aoi Mogami, I honestly thought I was lucky.

But then, because of a certain incident, I ended up seeing Ryūka’s pitiful side…
Maybe that triggered it, or maybe he decided to come clean himself, but he started confessing all about how sloppy and unkempt he was in private. Then, out of nowhere, he said stuff like, “Be my special friend—the one person I can show my true self to!” and suddenly started clinging to me. Completely absurd.

So honestly, when he comes at me like—
“Risa-chaaaan… I’m so tired… pamper me…”
—acting all spoiled and sloppy, Ryūka has become nothing but a huge obstacle standing in the way of my quest to find a perfectly handsome boyfriend.

Synopsis

Risa, a high school girl, suddenly finds herself doted on by Ryuka, a sexy-type idol who attends the same school. While struggling with his overly erotic skinship and hopelessly sloppy private life, she continues chasing her real goal: to get a perfect handsome boyfriend.

But things don’t go smoothly—on top of two useless guys she happens to meet, she also gets caught up in trouble with Yua, who misunderstands Risa and Ryuka’s relationship and tries to tear them apart. To make matters even more complicated, a mysterious man named Riku appears.

Will Risa be able to overcome all these troubles and finally go out with her “perfect handsome guy”?
