Synopsis
Lionel is on the verge of being sold off because she cannot repay the cost of attending medical school. Desperate, she goes to an interview for the position of personal physician to Duke Blasion Carseido, whose household offers exceptionally generous benefits.
Then—
“You’ve discovered my secret.”
It was purely by accident. Lionel discovered that the duke is an immortal who cannot die even after being stabbed!
“Well, then. Let’s take our time discussing what I should do with you from now on.”
“Wait. If you’re immortal, you don’t need treatment, right? Then move aside. Right now!”
Blasion, who has kept his secret for 700 years, unleashes a murderous aura to protect it. Yet right before him, Lionel manages to save his adjutant—and even demands that the duke hire her as payment.
“I’ll give you one year. Find a way for me to die.”
Then Blasion gives her a mission she never could have imagined receiving as a doctor…
